All gone! Forgot to measure gravity but it was good until the end; maybe not 100% as fresh tasting (hard to describe) but representative of the style without any definite flaws.

The fizzy foam at the end of my latest pint signals the end of Blair II, three-and-a-half months after kegging. That’s a quarter of a year and it’s still delicious, in fact it’s clearer than ever. Definitely to be repeated.

Just drained the last of the overflow keg. Hop flavour has been declining sharply over the last couple of weeks to be honest, and by the end it was just a rather average pale instead of the spectacular NEIPA that we started out with. Looks as though the best we can hope for is about 2 weeks, even with diligent purging.
