I think we’re done

SG 1.014 20.8℃ cold-crashing

Not much going on here; the fermentation curve has flattened out a couple of days ago, and the heating / cooling cycles have stretched out.

There’s a small blip on the graph where I sampled a very small glass two or three days ago, and found it to be quite nice but obviously too warm and also a little hazy with spent yeast. Let’s get that dropped out with some cold-crashing before we bottle this brew.
