Pressed around 1.5 gallons in Port Erin, approximate specific gravity 1.030. 1 demijohn with Nicky & Mark in Onchan (guest bathroom), one with Jac & Jim in Port Erin.

Not exactly a huge batch, but the rest of the crop isn’t ready yet and we can play round with this in order to get some ideas.
