Started cold-crashing

SG 1.024 19.5℃ cold-crashing

Doesn’t look like there’s a whole lot going on with this fermentation, which is a shame because if readings are correct we’re looking at just over 3% ABV. Anyway. Cold-crashing was supposed to start a couple of days ago but I’ve given it some extra time, now to crash out the finings and get her off the old yeast pronto.
